the back story
Sincerely Soup, LLC caters to all palettes from the bold explorer to the bland "warrior". We expertly assemble culinary flavors from Africa and fuse them with popular favorites to create delicious experiences.
Our products are influenced by native cooking lessons taught me by the industrious, loving women in my life, especially the traders, farmers, matrons and matriarchs I met during my travels as a staff member of the United Nations. I observed their skills at crafting dishes with the remnants, after civil or ethnic upheaval relying heavily on spices and herbs to enhance their meals. Many cultivated their own semi-arid slivers of land with corporate efficiency, graciously imparting their knowledge and skill at identifying, harvesting, preserving, and cooking, styles and modes that I diligently employ with each menu item.
Our promise is to guide you through exploring these delectable, appetizing, and unforgettable (new, for some) flavors that unveil some beautiful African culinary traditions sure to sustain your curiosity and intrigue!
